A Support Group Because Sh*t is Hard
Times are tough right now, y’all. We’ve been through floods, loss, personal, communal, and political turmoil. Many of us might feel chronic unnamed anxiety or ambiguous grief about the state of things.
There is a saying that this psychological work we do is solitary but we don’t do it alone. In community we can find our way through the hard and feel heard in the process. This group will involve some education about the brain under stress, some techniques to help lessen anxiety, but mostly it will provide support as you navigate grief, loss, or general anxiety in these times.
Co-facilitated by Holly Hudley, Spiritual Director and Dellissa Simmons, LPC, both of whom have decades of experience in tending to people in their hardest moments.
8 Tuesdays, November 18, 2025–January13, 2026
